Thank you for ordering from Erica Marlowe. We want getting your copy of The F*ck Budget to be the easy part.

Processing Times

Orders for physical books are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 5 business days.

During launches, promotional periods, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take a little longer.

Signed editions may require additional processing time as each copy is prepared individually.

Shipping Within Australia

Shipping Within Australia

Standard shipping is free for all physical book orders delivered within Australia.

Merchandise orders are charged $15 AUD for standard shipping or $20 AUD for express shipping. When an order contains both a book and merchandise, the applicable merchandise shipping rate will be charged while the book continues to ship free.

Delivery estimates apply after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch notification.

International Shipping

Standard international shipping is $22.95 AUD per shipment.

Orders containing both books and merchandise may be dispatched separately, so shipping may be charged for each shipment. If the amount paid materially exceeds the actual postage and handling cost, we will refund the difference.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply in their country. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing and local postal services.

eBook Orders

The eBook Edition of The F*ck Budget is a digital product and is not physically shipped.

After purchasing the eBook, customers will receive access to the digital edition using the delivery method provided during checkout or following purchase.

Please ensure the email address entered when placing your order is correct.

If you have purchased an eBook and have not received your download or access instructions, please contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to redirect or recover it.

Additional postage costs may apply if an order needs to be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel and book.

We will review the situation and work with you to determine the appropriate next step.

Please remember that carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside our direct control once an order has been dispatched.

Preorders

If a product is sold as a preorder, the expected dispatch period will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.

If your order contains both preorder and immediately available products, they may be shipped together once the preorder product becomes available unless otherwise stated.

Packaging

We take care when packing physical copies of The F*ck Budget so that your book has the best possible chance of arriving in beautiful condition.

Because frankly, you've spent enough emotional energy already. You shouldn't have to spend any wondering what happened to your book.
